Residential Carpet :
All seams, stair work, and transition areas (where carpet is attached
to walls and/or other flooring) are warranted for as long as you own
your home. |

Commercial Carpet : All seams, stair work, and transitions are warranted for one year. |

Residential/Commercial wrinkling and buckling : All seams, stair work, and transitions are warranted for one year. |

All hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile installations are warranted for one year. |

| (5) |
All manufacturing related issues (claims) will be filed by Smart Carpet on behalf of the consumer |

| (6) |
Damage caused by anyone or anything other than a Smart Carpet employee or
representative is not covered by this warranty, but may be repairable for a service fee. |

Damage caused by pets/pet urine or water damage are not covered. |

SMART CARPET GUARENTEE :
All issues covered or not by our warranty will be dealt with by
management and every effort will be made to correct the problem to our
customers satisfaction in the most timely and economical manner possible |
